As an HR controller you have a specific range of duties, wherefor you handle as the right hand of the HR Director.
- You are responsible for the Comp & Ben, from A-Z, and this on international level;
- You collaborate with the business for the bonus calculation, the realization of the HR Rapportage in Power BI and the monthly consolidation;
- You manage the HR budget and you ensure a regular follow-up;
- You prepare the HR-content in presentations which are the guideline for the Works Council and the Executive Committee;
- You perform the workforce planning & forecasting;
- You are responsible for the DataAnalytics/Controlling/Coordination of the master data;
- You are in charge of the reports and you manage the contracts of the car fleet;
- You provide Recruitment Analytics in collaboration with the recruiter;
- You perform analyzes for the recruitment, vitality, turnover, absences and absenteeism
As an HR Controller you work closely with the Finance department.
In this role you report to the HR Director.
